The Challenge: Develop a cohesive design system for Kinder Joy’s partnership with Harry Potter and Funko Pop — two bold, highly recognizable brands — while ensuring Kinder’s identity still shone through.
My Role: As Art Director, I led the design exploration and system development, finding the right balance between three strong brand worlds and creating visuals that felt unified, playful, and instantly recognizable.
The Solution: We built a flexible design system that harmonized Kinder’s fun, colorful aesthetic with the iconic branding of Harry Potter and Funko Pop. The result was a co-branded experience that felt seamless across packaging and campaign touchpoints, elevating Kinder while tapping into pop culture fandoms.
